    We have redesigned an Automotive Back door trim to make production .

    1 ) One Million parts with no Quality defects and no Tool damage

    2) Cycle Time reduction of 60% Compared with standard process

    3) Weight Reduction of 30% Compared to standard design.

    4) Tool Manufacturing lead time reduction 50%

    5) Tool cost reduction 20%
